1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During peak periods or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly longer. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your delivery location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Netherlands: 1–3 business days after dispatch
- EU countries: 3–7 business days after dispatch
- International: 7–14 business days after dispatch (if applicable)

4. Delays and External Factors
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Customs clearance
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Strikes or transport disruptions
- Public holidays
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs.
6. Order Tracking
If tracking is available for your order, you will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been shipped.
7. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.
Any additional reshipping costs due to address errors will be charged to the customer.
8. Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days so we can investigate with the carrier. We are not liable for packages lost due to incorrect delivery information or circumstances outside our control.
